Their Rolemodel

Their Rolemodel is a bold, eye-catching, yet simple and user-friendly program designed to support coaches in fostering inclusive and positive sporting environments. Developed as part of a UX/UI design course, the project began by identifying a real user need: how to better equip coaches to work with diverse personalities, genders, and cultures.

Following extensive research and user interviews, a seminar-based educational program was created for rollout within sports clubs. The course is designed to build stronger club culture, increase participation, and help retain youth in sport.

Through both low- and high-fidelity prototyping and testing, every design element was refined to ensure a seamless user experience. The result is a platform that is not only visually engaging, but also intuitive and accessible to all demographics, reflecting the values of inclusivity and understanding that the program promotes.
